Meadow Lake Road:

The east side of the Grouse Ridge Areas is a rugged jumble of granite and is arguably the most scenic as well as the most remote.

Access for RVs, trailers, and low clearance vehicles is not recommended beyond the Crest, but smaller vehicles and good drivers make it. Parking and OHV staging is located above the north end of the lake. Continuing northwest above Summit City historic town site, the Old Meadows Lake OHV Road provides 4WD access looping back to northwest and the Jackson Meadows Reservoir or Bowman Lake areas.
