Grouse Ridge Area - East Side:

The most rugged and remote areas of Grouse Ridge can be accessed from the east via Highway 89 and the Jackson Meadows Reservoir Road. The pristine scenery is well worth the drive.

The Meadow Lake Road becomes rocky and narrow once it crosses over the Sierra Crest and continues west to Meadow Lake. High clearance vehicles are best on this last stretch.
